From July 9th to 11th, 2025, Startupfest — one of the most recognized startup conferences worldwide — brought together entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors for three days of networking and competition. Twelve prizes were up for grabs, and mTatt applied for seven of them. Through a rigorous selection process, the company advanced to the second round of the Best of the Fest competition. Out of more than 300 applicants, mTatt reached the top 10, and in the student entrepreneur category, out of over 100 applicants, the team made it to the top six.

The Final Pitch

The co-founders then pitched in the final round, delivering a one-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions from judges. Both co-founders advanced to the top three and had the opportunity to present on the main stage on Friday — two different pitches, one shared vision. At the conclusion of the event, mTatt was named the Best of the Fest grand prize winner and also received the Audience Choice Award at Startupfest 2025. This recognition comes with a $100,000 grant, which will accelerate the development of mTatt’s innovative microneedle patch technology for continuous, non-invasive health monitoring.

Funding to Propel Technology Development

With the $100K grant and additional non-dilutive funding, mTatt is well-positioned to complete the final phase of its technology development. The team will leverage these resources to refine the microneedle patch and prepare for broader commercialization, reinforcing mTatt’s mission to provide real-time health insights and improve patient outcomes.
