mTatt Expands Team with a New Co-founder

mTatt is thrilled to announce the addition of a new co-founder, Catherine Nadeau, who has joined the company as Director of Operations. With a strong academic background and extensive research experience, she brings valuable expertise and leadership to accelerate mTatt’s growth and innovation.

A Strong Academic Foundation

Catherine Nadeau is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Montréal under the supervision of Dr. Davide Brambilla. In parallel, she is completing a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at HEC Montréal, equipping her with both scientific and managerial skills essential for a deep tech startup like mTatt. She also holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Montreal.

Proven Research and Industry Experience

Throughout her academic career, Catherine has gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical technologies, including microneedle preparation, hydrogel characterization, and drug formulation. She has completed several internships at renowned institutions such as the CR-CHUM and the Mint Laboratory in France, contributing to projects focused on drug delivery and nanotechnology.

Leadership and Commitment Beyond the Lab

Beyond research, Catherine has demonstrated outstanding leadership through her active involvement in various university committees and volunteer initiatives. Her dedication has been recognized through multiple academic scholarships and awards, including the prestigious Alma Mater Prize from the Faculty of Pharmacy.

As Director of Operations, Catherine will lead the coordination of internships, strategic planning, and financial management, helping mTatt scale its operations and bring its technology to market.
